Foundation Repair
Foundation repair is needed when a foundation has been damage. This damage happens when the foundation of a home is in direct contact with the soil beneath it. Movement of the soil beneath the foundation can cause serious damage.
Heli-Pile® Foundation Systems transfer the load to bearing plates that are located in stable soil. The load bearing steel shafts are screwed into the ground independent of the structure.
We can stabilize your home which keeps it from moving anymore. In many cases we can also re-level your home, which will restore it to it's original position. Many customers find that after re-leveling their doors and windows work again, and the cracks on the outside of their house are corrected.

Foundation Repair Process
Property Inspection:
The homeowner initiates the home inspection process. After the inspection a summary of the findings is shared with the homeowner. The home owner will next need to decide whether or not to take the next step in the process.
Engineering:
In this step the engineer will review the soil conditions and recommendations from the Geologist. The engineer will review the site conditions, elevation survey results and draft a repair plan.
Repair Proposal:
The detailed proposal will be completed based on the scope of work required to complete the repair per the engineers repair plan.
Proposal Review Meeting:
A meeting will be set or a phone conference will be scheduled to review the proposal. We will review the proposal with the customer to make sure the scope of work is understood. This step is very important to make sure all parties understand what is included in the scope of work. Any changes or clarifications will be made after the meeting and a revised proposal will be submitted.
Proposal Acceptance:
If the proposal is accepted the owner or owners agent signs off and returns a copy to our office. After we receive the proposal we will schedule a preliminary start date.
Commencement of Work:
A meeting will be held to once again review the step-by-step process of the work to be performed. We will talk about any special needs you may have regarding access to areas that may need to be disturbed. Work will then begin.
Completion:
Upon completion we will walk the property to confirm your acceptance of the final work.
A similar process is used for settling, cracked or bulging concrete floors and buckled foundation walls.
