Foundation Engineers

Most areas require that structural repairs are designed by a structural engineer. We believe that the engineers design requirements are important and protect all involved parties. The documentation is valuable when you are involved in a sale of a repaired property.

All of the structural repairs completed by CDL will involve a structural engineer.

We do not have a structural engineer on staff because we think there may be a possible conflict of what a plan requires and who benefits from the work. We work with many engineers and provide a list for the customer to investigate and choose one of our recommended engineers or an engineer from someplace else.

This engineer will allow the customer to get bids on the project per the engineers plan making all the proposals equal in scope.
