CDL Construction and Helical Pier Company is a privately held Colorado Corporation.

CDL Construction and Helical Pier Company has evolved over it’s conception in 1982. The owner Carter Luther has been involved in construction related enterprises for 35 years. He has been involved with the following successful businesses:

Plumbing Company 8 years (currently holds a State of Colorado masters license)
General Contractor, 10 years, Built custom homes and performed remodels and additions (currently holds a C license with the Pikes Peak regional Building Dept)
Structural repair

The accumulated knowledge has proven to be very valuable in the past 10 years since we decided to focus or efforts on foundation related issues.

CDL is licensed and insured and a member of the Better Business Bureau of the Pikes Peak Region.

Carter -

Just wanted to drop a line to tell you how much I appreciate you and your crew leveling my Mom's house. Your men removed the old bent pillars, solidified the pads, raised the main beam and re-grouted and shimmed it, and installed new pillars. The cracks in the walls, the creaking of the floors, the alignment of the baseboards and the floors all came back to "normal". The landscaping your crew performed along with the drain pipes will ensure moisture will not be a factor in the future. Your team did all this at what I consider a very reasonable cost.
